Pro-Justice Parenting Family Gathering + Discussion @ Ready Set Grow

*NEW DATE - MAR 28

*Join us for a facilitated discussion and family gathering with Family Friend and Queer Kin Collective, hosted at Ready Set Grow - kids can hang out nearby and craft / play, while we’ll be chatting (in a family friendly way) about how to talk about some of the bigger subjects with children of all ages surrounding justice and liberation. We’ll discuss what some families have experienced and felt surrounding this, and chat about family agreements and personal affirmations together.

The discussion topics will be rooted in teachings from Threads of Justice Collective’s Pro-Justice Parenting Workbook, which is a free, self guided workshop for parents and caregivers.

We hope to introduce some new ideas to families, as well as give families opportunities to learn from and engage with this free resource. We’ll also have some info on other events and resources offered by Threads of Justice Collective; a local nonprofit committed to a cause we are fully aligned with - supporting young children in anti-bias education by facilitating conversations and efforts for collective action against oppression.

Hope to see you there! Please RSVP if you can, so we can plan & setup accordingly.
