We are putting together this private caregiver network to help connect LGBTQIA2s+ families with progressive and affirming caregivers who share their values. Joining our network as a caregiver is 100% free, we will never take a cut of your pay, and all families must agree to an equity focused wage floor.

How We Protect & Hold Your Information

Before you start, here is exactly how Family Friend safeguards your privacy and personal information:

• Anonymity: Your full name, contact info, and exact location are not shared digitally or publicly. Only families who have completed our interview process / alignment check and have signed our community agreement will ever have access to caregiver profiles.

• Contact Opt-In: If a family feels like you might be a good fit as their caregiver, we’ll ask you first. We will share their family bio with you privately, then a connection is made only if you choose to move forward.

• Your Data is Yours: We are a small, community tended space, not a huge tech corporation. We do not sell, trade, or log your information for anyone else. You can ask to have your profile completely removed from our network at any moment, no questions asked.
