Our Core Beliefs:
For Families: Every family deserves a caregiver who respects their identity, family structure, and parenting choices.
For Caregivers: Excellent care starts with people who are paid thriving wages, treated with respect, and backed by a supportive community.
We are building a private, curated caregiver network designed to connect LGBTQIA2S+ families with progressive, affirming, and vetted caregivers who share your values. We are currently developing a community agreement and safety standards to ensure every connection is rooted in mutual respect and care.
When we launch, access to our exclusive network and directory will be available through a family membership model which is designed to sustain this community resource, and keep our matching process intentional, safe, and high quality.
If you’re interested, fill out the form above to tell us a little about your family, and you’ll be the first to hear when family memberships open!
